InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) is committed to providing a clear and structured return and refund process while maintaining compliance with our operational policies and warranty terms. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer wishes to return the part:
- The issue must be reported within 2 business days of opening the package A 40% restocking fee will be applicable
To initiate a return, the following must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery:
- Diagnostic report from a licensed mechanic
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)
Returns without complete documentation may be denied.
Before Installation (Mandatory Requirements)
- A written statement from a licensed mechanic on official letterhead
- Photos and videos clearly showing the issue from multiple angles
- Any return request without the above documentation will not be accepted
- Ensure gaskets are drained before installation
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns will not be accepted if seals or gaskets are broken.
- Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by rust.
- Returns will not be accepted if installation was performed by an uncertified or unqualified mechanic.
- Returns will not be accepted if requested after 30 days.
- Electrical components are non-returnable unless verified defective by InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare).
- Custom orders, clearance items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
- Items with minor cosmetic damage such as broken sensors, surface rust, or scratches must be repaired at the customer’s expense and do not qualify for return.
Return Process
To start a return request, please contact our support team with the necessary documentation.
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Diagnostic report and supporting documentation
- Contact us via Toll-Free Number (TFN)
- Register your return request and case details
If the request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with detailed return instructions. Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise specified by InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare).
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All refunds are subject to the applicable restocking fee .
Exchanges & Defective Items
- A replacement will be provided.
- Replacement processing time: 7–14 days after receiving the returned item.
- Refund (if applicable): processed within 7–14 days.
- To exchange an item, customers must follow the return process and place a new order.
- For defective items, required documentation must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery.
- If the issue is verified, InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, customers agree to resolve any disputes directly with InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare). Buyers waive the right to initiate chargebacks related to returns or warranty claims without first contacting the company for resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
